Rodney Morales Fallen Officer Fund
Rodney Morales was a Code Enforcement Officer for the City of Aurora. On November 13, 2008, he was responding to a zoning complaint at an apartment building where he was shot upon entering the building. Rodney was a prior NYPD Officer.
The Colorado Association of Code Enforcement Officials has established a fund in Rodney's honor to assist the families of Code Enforcement Officials that have been killed in the line of duty. This fund is $500 and was last used when Charles "Chip" Case was killed in the line of duty on August 20, 2020 in Georgia.
